Job Description
* Lead a collaborative team to shape an engaging curriculum with a focus on quality teaching and learning for improved student achievement.
* Develop and articulate a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life and set high standards for student and staff performance.
You will be responsible for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
1. Leading the Arts and Hospitality Departments.
2. Forming partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
3. Actively participating in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
* A strong instructional leadership style with subject expertise.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in leading within the Creative Industries and/or Hospitality faculty areas.
