About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to join a leading enterprise organisation in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, delivering secure and scalable identity governance solutions within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
* Design and implement custom and out-of-the-box connectors including Web Services, SCIM, LDAP, and JDBC.
* Develop custom workflows, rules, reports, and integrations using SailPoint APIs.
* Perform application onboarding, access provisioning, and identity governance activities.
* Support production environments through incident, problem, and change management processes.
* Execute SailPoint upgrades, patch deployments, and system maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions aligned with security and compliance requirements.
* Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
* Proficiency in Java and BeanShell development.
* Experience developing and configuring SailPoint workflows, rules, and custom integrations.
* Strong knowledge of connector development including Web Services, SCIM, LDAP, and JDBC.
* Solid experience with SQL and database technologies.
* Experience with Git, Bitbucket, build management, and deployment processes.
* Knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
* Experience supporting IAM solutions within large and complex enterprise environments.
* Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with SailPoint upgrades and migration projects.
* Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
* Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
