In this role, you will be working closely with the team to gain knowledge and skills within the meat processing industry.
* Assist in various tasks such as preparing meat recipes, cutting, trimming and shaping standard cuts of meat to size.
* Operate machines such as mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines.
* Provide exceptional service to customers and take pride in your presentation.
* Earn a nationally recognised certification that can take you around the world.
Requirements:
You must be either an Australian Citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.

About the Role:
As the apprentice butcher, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills within the butchery industry assisting in the below tasks, but not limited to:

Work closely with the team to learn all aspects of a becoming a successful butcher.
