Job Summary
This role offers a unique blend of customer service, administrative tasks, and recruitment support in a dynamic environment.
* Answering and directing incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
* Managing databases and performing administrative duties
* Assisting with government recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, collating candidate data, and reference checking
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in administration and an interest in social media and/or marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to inquiries
* Database Management: Manage databases with accuracy, updating records as necessary
* Recruitment Support: Assist Recruitment Consultants with scheduling interviews, collating candidate data, and reference checking
The successful candidate will be adaptable, willing to learn new skills, and comfortable using design tools or social media platforms to help build our brand presence.
Requirements
* Administrative Experience: At least 12 months of experience in administration
* Social Media Interest: An interest in social media and/or marketing is desired
