We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team on a casual basis! You will play a key role in supporting the team, driving sales performance, and helping to create a positive experience for our loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as playing a key role in achieving store targets.
What you'll do
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice to customers
* Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well‐presented store environment
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control
* Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices
About you
You're hands‐on, customer‐focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you're ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.
You'll also bring:
* Previous experience in retail or customer service
* Strong work ethic and organisational skills
* Exceptional customer service and people skills
* A genuine passion for helping customers
* Basic computer literacy
