Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) is Victoria's newest public mental health service dedicated to young people aged 12‐25 experiencing complex mental health challenges.

About the Role
The Senior Mental Health Clinician provides clinical care and coordination at a senior level within the Early Psychosis team supporting young people aged 12‐25 at ultra‐high risk of developing psychosis or experiencing a first episode of psychosis, who may also present with a range of comorbid mental health issues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical governance for a clinical sub‐team within the Early Psychosis program
* Complete mental health assessments, formulations, individual service plans, and crisis management plans
* Manage mental health and risk assessments, psychological treatment, crisis interventions, and family work and systems containment
* Engage in Early Psychosis specific and youth mental health training initiatives
* Opportunity to lead key portfolios such as satellite clinic coordination, specialist family interventions, AOD and Youth Justice, and primary care
Qualifications & Experience
* Eligible disciplines: RPN Grade 4, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Psychologist Grade 3
* Minimum 5 years experience in tertiary and/or youth mental health
* Demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team, supervise mental health clinicians, and function autonomously and collaboratively
* Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Committed to youth‐focused, inclusive, and recovery‐oriented care
