As a Customer Success Manager at Locus Robotics, you will lead the rollout of cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions to customers in the APAC region, ensuring seamless integration and long-term satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations at customer sites, ensuring seamless Locus robot functionality.
* Support project management, technical delivery, and customer relationship building to ensure successful, scalable, high-performing robotic solutions.
* Develop and execute explicit communication plans; deliver regular, data-driven status updates to stakeholders.
* Manage the full lifecycle of Locus Robotics warehouse automation deployments, from planning and installation to post-launch support.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement and expansion.
* Provide on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, repairs, and system upgrades; manage service documentation, RMA, and support tickets (Salesforce).
* Serve as the primary technical escalation point, offering on-site and remote support for troubleshooting, mapping, and system improvements.
* Travel as required within Australia and APAC countries; occasional travel to NewZealand, Singapore, and Japan; travel outside Australia likely 10% of the time.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Project Management and 3 years with Warehouse Management Systems.
* At least 3 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, and supply chain environments.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
* Strong experience managing outward-facing project teams involving cross-functional staff, client resources, and external vendors.
* Understanding of network technologies such as routers, Wi-Fi, switches, and firewalls.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Valid passport for APAC travel and valid driver's license.
* Legal authorisation to work in Australia without sponsorship.
* Based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
