YOUR NEW ROLE
We are offering an exciting Assistant Manager position at our Rockingham store. Reporting to the Retail Business Leader (store manager), you will lead daily operations to support business growth objectives. You will identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, manage staff rostering and business costs, and equip your team with training, tools and resources. You will lead by example to inspire a high-performing culture prioritising safety and delivering a fantastic place to work and shop.
About You
* 2+ years of retail experience with proven leadership and coaching.
* Passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Ability to analyse financial data to meet targets and support operational excellence.
* Commitment to learning for yourself and your team.
* Willingness to complete relevant qualifications (Cert III Retail or similar) and invest in ongoing learning.
* Experience in stockroom/warehouse preferred.
* Comfortable giving feedback and navigating challenging situations.
* Dedication to safety for team and customers.
