* Annual salary minimum $79,499 plus super

We are looking for experienced and passionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a permanent full‐time basis. You will create a safe, home‐like environment for our residents and will be responsible for providing personal care including assistance with hygiene, showering, dressing, toileting, meals service, mobility, and social support.
Responsibilities
* Providing a high standard of care that supports residents achieve maximum independence by meeting daily living and personal requirements within the care plan, and with consideration of individual preferences.
* Providing direct resident care including assisting with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, and toileting.
* Providing direct resident care in relation to assisting with meals service, mobility, and social support.
* Providing general resident support including making resident beds, tidying their room, and offering companionship.
* Preparing the resident dining rooms for meal service and cleaning away at the end of a meal service.
* Assisting residents who wish to participate in leisure and lifestyle activities.
* Promptly responding to resident call buttons for assistance.
* Promptly reporting any changes in resident health status to the Registered Nurse on duty.
* Enhancing the resident experience through building great relationships with residents and their family members and responding quickly to feedback.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (or equivalent).
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Care Assistant in a Residential Aged Care home.
* Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
* Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs of residents.
* Excellent time‐management and prioritisation skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team.
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
* Willingness to obtain NDIS clearance.
