Forster Accommodation is a boutique real estate agency specialising in Short-Term Rentals across Forster, Tuncurry and The Palms area of the Mid North Coast. We are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for both our guests and property owners, and we’re looking for a dynamic Holiday Manager to join our team!

About the Role

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for hospitality, real estate, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences? As our Holiday Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard while creating seamless and memorable stays for our guests.

You’ll be working alongside the business owner, who brings over 30 years of experience in luxury hotels, tourism, and hospitality. Our carefully curated team comes from diverse backgrounds, including hotels, motels, real estate, marketing, and housekeeping, all united by a shared dedication to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties, ensuring seamless management across maintenance, housekeeping, reservations, laundry and guest services

Curating exceptional guest experiences —helping visitors find the perfect holiday property, organising reservations, and offering local recommendations.

Handling reservations, guest check-ins & check-outs, and ensuring each guests enjoy the best of the Mid North Coast.

Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that the team are delivering holiday memories that guests can hold with them for a lifetime

Taking on ad hoc tasks—whether it’s delivering items to a property, assisting with a clean, helping a guest with their wifi, capturing content for social media, helping deliver linen or ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. You never know what the day may bring!

What We’re Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality, real estate and property management.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A background in accommodation, hospitality, or real estate —preferably at a department head level or higher.

Ideally, you already hold a Class 2 real estate license by having completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate OR a willingness to complete one—we will assist with training).

A current driver’s license is essential.
