Available Positions
* Room Assistant (Certificate III or working towards Certificate III)
* Early Childhood Educator (Diploma qualified)
* Educational Leader (Diploma qualified / Early Childhood Teacher – ECT)

What You Will Be Doing
* Providing or supporting nurturing, developmentally appropriate education and care for children aged 0‐5 years (Certificate III and above)
* Planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging learning programs based on early learning frameworks
* Conducting observations and documentation to track and support children's progress and development
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth
* Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
* Educational Leader (ECT role): leading curriculum development, mentoring educators, ensuring high‐quality educational practices across the centre
* Leadership roles: guiding and mentoring team members, managing centre operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
* Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ECT) depending on the role applied for
* Current First Aid certification including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to quality education and care, teamwork, and continuous professional development
* A current Working With Children Check
* Right to work in Australia
