About the Role:
We're looking for a great local bloke to become the Aura Wingman and help host regular community catch ups as part of the Grab Life By The Balls Movement.
This role is about creating connection through mateship.
You don't need to be a counsellor or mental health expert — just someone who genuinely cares about people, communicates well, and wants to make a positive local impact.
As a Wingman, you'll help create a welcoming, relaxed environment where blokes feel comfortable showing up and being themselves.
What You'll Be Doing
* Helping host regular weekly catch ups in Aura
* Welcoming new blokes into the group
* Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere
* Encouraging conversation and connection
* Promoting local catch ups and events within the community
* Supporting the wider Grab Life By The Balls team and culture
* Being a consistent, approachable presence within the group
* Helping grow the movement locally
* Is a genuinely good bloke
* Is welcoming and great with people
* Leads by example
* Communicates openly and respectfully
* Is reliable and consistent
* Is connected within the local community
* Wants to create positive local impact
* Values mateship, community and authenticity
* Can help bring people together in a relaxed and supportive way
What This Role Is Not
This role is not:
* counselling
* therapy
* crisis support
Wingmen are connectors, not counsellors.
