Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 phr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging

Role Overview
An integral part of our team, you'll be a Clinical Facilitator, encouraged to grow, develop and empower us by making everyday easier for the people we care about.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, facilitate and evaluate progressive learning and development of clinical educational requirements;
* Application and implementation of evidence‐based nursing best practice within the workplace. Provide ongoing training to staff on safe clinical and work practices within the hospital.
Qualifications & Experience
* 3+ years recent clinical experience including critical care and/or emergency;
* Current AHPRA registration;
* Passion for clinical teaching and education;
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of individuals;
* Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team;
* Advanced clinical reasoning and problem‐solving skills;
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment;
* Completed or willingness to undertake: preceptor program; Certificate IV (Workplace training and assessment); postgraduate clinical or education qualification.
