Leading a team in housekeeping is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The Housekeeping Manager oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
The manager will be responsible for managing workflows, establishing standard operating procedures, and maintaining relationships with vendors. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements for this role include 1-3 years supervisory/management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety procedures, ability to manage budgets, professional grooming, and a focus on guest service.
