Our client is a global manufacturer specializing in engineered products and services for infrastructure and agriculture, primarily producing essential metal and composite structures for utility, transportation, and telecommunications, and leading in mechanized irrigation equipment. They seek a Payroll Officer to join their small team on a full-time and permanent basis. You will report to an experienced manager and handle end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payruns for Australian employees.
Key Duties
Perform all duties for end-to-end payroll processing
Complete accurate data migration into new Payroll system: ADP Payforce
Process terminations, redundancies and leave
Ensure full compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation, maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge
Undertake other duties as directed, including coverage of leave periods
Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About You
Experience using ADP Payforce and/or Realtime is desirable
4+ years processing payruns
Award interpretation skills
Good time-keeping and attention to detail
