The Role
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of single-storey new home builds
* Coordinate trades, supervise site safety, quality, and program timelines
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with NCC, R-Codes, and internal construction standards
What You Need
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor in WA essential
* Background supervising single-storey residential builds
* Strong understanding of WA construction sequencing and trade coordination
* Ability to manage multiple sites efficiently and autonomously
* Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
