Your Day-to-Day
* You'll sit at the centre of operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth product flow across the business:
* Maintain accurate inventory across multiple warehouse locations
* Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with 3PL partners
* Coordinate end-to-end returns, from customer through to warehouse processing
* Monitor stock levels and organise interstate stock transfers
* Support cycle counts, stock adjustments, and reporting
* Liaise with Customer Service, warehouses, and transport providers
* Assist with faulty stock management and repackaging coordination
What We're Looking For
* Experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain coordination
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and Excel
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Full Australian work rights
