Role Summary

This role is responsible for managing customer orders from processing through to delivery, ensuring accurate coordination across supply chain, production, sales, and logistics functions. It involves proactively managing order flow, resolving delays, and supporting on‐time delivery outcomes while working closely with internal teams and overseas suppliers to maintain a customer‐focused approach.

Responsibilities
* Sales Order Coordination: Monitor and manage open sales orders to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
* Purchasing & Supply Chain Support: Create and manage intercompany purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and in‐transit records within SAP.
* Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate overseas shipments, update ETA information, and prepare documentation for goods receipting.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
* Order Expediting & Problem Solving: Support urgent customer requests, resolve system or process‐related delays, and identify alternate sourcing options when required.
* Customer Service & Reporting: Communicate delays or changes to customers, provide solutions where possible, and support overall customer satisfaction outcomes.
* Systems & Data Management: Maintain pricing, master data, and order‐related information within SAP systems.
* Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand planning, production, sales, and service teams to support operational performance and delivery targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales order processing, supply chain, customer service, or similar coordination roles.
* Working knowledge of SAP, ideally within supply chain, sales order management, or purchasing functions.
* Strong understanding of supply chain and order fulfilment processes.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and pivot tables.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience working with both internal and external customers.
