A well-established Central Coast contractor with over 10 years of successful delivery is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.
Known for long-standing, repeat business with Tier 2 commercial builders, the company has built a strong reputation delivering complex construction packages across healthcare, infrastructure, data centre, and education sectors.
With a solid pipeline of secured work across Sydney and the Central Coast, this is an opportunity to step into a stable, high-performing environment with genuine long-term prospects.
The Role:
Reporting into experienced leadership, you'll take ownership of projects typically ranging from $300k – $5M, delivering specialised construction packages within larger commercial builds.
Current and upcoming work includes:
* Major hospital upgrades in Sydney
* Sydney Metro-related infrastructure works
* Education builds across the Central Coast
You'll be supported by a structured team including operations, estimating, and project coordination, while having the autonomy to run your own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of multiple projects
* Coordination of design, procurement, and site delivery
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams
* Working closely with Tier 1 & Tier 2 builders
* Programme management, cost control, and reporting
* Driving outcomes across safety, quality, and delivery
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
* Ability to confidently manage stakeholders and hold your ground on site
Highly regarded:
* Background within fabrication, engineered building components, or specialist trade contracting
* Experience on healthcare, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projects
* Strong understanding of projects involving design, fabrication, and installation coordination
