Key Account Manager - Ambient & General Merchandise
Maintain, develop, and profitably grow existing relationships with Primary Connect customers, while building new ones. The role is based in our Norwest Head Office and operates on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.

What You'll Do
Support the Business Development team in executing the Primary Connect growth strategy.
Help attain commodity financial targets, accountable for specific revenue and gross margin goals within a defined customer portfolio.
Maintain and grow strong, effective, and collaborative strategic relationships with allocated temperature-control customers.
Work closely with PC+ Operations, Customer Service, and Network teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Be accountable for the retention of all accounts and manage customer performance.
Collaborate with the Replenishment team (ISPs) to create advocacy and support for the Primary Connect+ value proposition.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in logistics or as an account manager within the transport or manufacturing industry.
3-5 years of experience in a relationship-facing role.
The ability to build strategic, sustainable, trusting relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating drive and urgency.
Commercial and analytical acumen.
Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
