Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
* Day‐to‐day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest service and team leadership
* Work closely with senior management to uphold the company's high standards
* Manage and train front‐of‐house staff
* Create staff rosters and control wage costs
* Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and liquor licensing
* Oversee customer service quality and resolve any guest concerns
* Coordinate events and functions
* Monitor stock and order supplies for front‐of‐house operations
* Collaborate with kitchen, accounts, and brewery teams
* Maintain a safe and welcoming workplace environment
Waiter
* Deliver friendly and efficient table service in a lively, high‐volume hospitality environment
* Take food and beverage orders and provide menu and beverage recommendations, including craft beer options
* Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards
* Set up and clear tables and maintain clean dining and service areas
* Process customer payments using POS systems
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
* Ensure compliance with food safety and RSA requirements
* Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all customers
Qualifications & Experience
Restaurant Manager
* Relevant qualification (Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent) or at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Proven experience managing a busy restaurant, pub, or hospitality venue
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Experience with rostering, stock control, and financial management
Waiter
* At least 1 year of relevant experience or relevant qualification
* Excellent customer service and problem‐solving abilities
Both roles
* Ability to work under pressure in a high‐volume environment
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Team‐oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
