Technical Support Engineer
As a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical assistance to our employees across NSW and QLD. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring seamless operational functionality of our systems, and collaborating with the Service & Support Team Leader to resolve escalated issues.
You will be tasked with providing technical support on escalated issues to employees via phone, email, and chat. This will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting complex hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
