About the Role
Lismore Base Hospital Ward C7 (Stroke/General Medicine/Complex Care) is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to join the team. Providing direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to April 2027 for 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
