This is a backend sales support position suited to an experienced real estate Sales Administrator, EA or PA who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the right-hand support to a high-volume agent, managing the administration, coordination and process side of the business from listing through to settlement.
The earning potential in this role is strong, with generous bonuses tied to exchange and settlement processing. These bonuses are not sales commissions or tied to prospecting. They are earned through staying organised, handling deadlines, keeping deals progressing and ensuring the administration is completed accurately and on time.
Saturday is a major day for the business and is the key "money day" for the team, making it the best opportunity for you to earn bonuses tied to exchange and settlement activity. While the sales agent is in the field, this role plays a crucial behind-the-scenes support function, ensuring contracts, buyer communication, campaign administration and urgent tasks are handled efficiently to keep everything moving. The Position
* High-level sales administration and EA support to a top-performing agent
* Managing listings, exchanges and settlement administration
* Preparing contracts, compliance and sales documentation
* Coordinating photography, floorplans and campaign bookings
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers
* Managing CRM systems, file compliance and database updates
* Preparing pre-listing kits, reports and general administration
* Assisting with campaign coordination and backend support
* Keeping transactions and documentation progressing smoothly
* Providing reliable, organised support in a fast-moving environment
