We seek a dedicatedLearning Support Assistant to join our Senior Campus Learning Support team, to play a vital role in supporting our students' academic and personal growth.
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide support to students with diverse learning needs. Your support will be guided by Individual Learning Plans, with your contribution helping to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment where every student can succeed.
The successful candidate will be:
* Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young people
* A strong communicator and team player
* Organised, flexible, and proactive in supporting student learning
* Open to continuous professional development to improve your skills and knowledge
While previous experience and qualifications in Education Support are highly desirable, they are not essential.
