Role This accounts all-rounder position is an integral part of the close-knit finance team.
The role is predominantly Accounts Payable (AP), but you will also assist the Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer with bank reconciliations, corporate cards and some collections, among other ad hoc tasks.
Experience in both AP/AR and the ability to be adaptable and team-oriented are essential for success in this role.
Flexibility is available with start/finish times, and after probation, the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

Your primary duties will comprise: AP end to end Processing payments Vendor/data maintenance Supplier reconciliations Journals Staff expenses Allocations Collections Bank reconciliations Invoice processing (medium volume) FX invoice processing Matching/batching coding invoices to PO's Back up to AR Officer where required Other ad hoc tasks where required About You A team player and self-starter, you will be competent across AP/AR functions, have a great learning attitude and a versatile approach to work.
