The opportunity
Due to the continued growth and workload, we are seeking a Qualified Maintenance Technician to join our Carrara workshop. Although initially a casual role, there is opportunity to lead to a permanent full-time role for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced, industrial factory setting, with a high functioning and collaborative team.
About You
* Mechanical Trade Certificate.
* Proven experience with industrial plant and equipment or transferable skill's.
* A meticulous thinker who puts safety first and takes pride in their work.
* Current W@H & EWP Licence (Desirable).
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team or autonomously.
* Well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
* General repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing plant and equipment.
* Problem solving of breakdowns related to mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issues.
* Installation and rectification of general mechanical components.
* Completing work within scheduled timeframes.
* Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations.
