Job Title: Store Manager - Customer Experience Lead
Bliss & Beyond is a renowned retailer with two physical stores across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service to all our customers and holiday makers across the region. Our business is expanding, and we now require a highly motivated, seasoned sales and customer-centric Store Manager to join our thriving team.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the successful achievement of sales targets and results
* Promote the brand through strong visual merchandising skills to create a unique store environment that speaks to our customers
* Positively lead team meetings and team training
* Manage and take ownership of all aspects of your store
* Lead the sales team to meet sales objectives and KPIs
* Monitor and appraise staff performance and team training
* Display initiative to review, devise and communicate potential improvements to company operations, sales, and procedures
* Maintain important store records e.g. staff training, policies and procedures
* Regularly create social media content for the store
* Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
* Create an exceptional customer experience and provide styling advice
* Demonstrate strong data analysis identifying opportunities and areas for improvement
* Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store to turn over stock quickly
* Work with other Store Managers and Owners on rosters and payroll budgets
* Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the reputation of the business
* Visual merchandising of stock to ensure consistent rotation and aesthetic appeal
* Maintain high level of security of stock via visual and operational means
* Lead the upkeep of store presentation – cleanliness
* Ensure company and store policy and procedures are maintained and adhered to
* Maintain high levels of workplace health and safety in-store for all staff and customers
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Store Manager and sales-focused performer
* Proven track record of retail management success, exceeding store sales targets, and leading and developing a team
* Solid track record of fashion retail management, customer styling and merchandising
* Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
* Outstanding customer service and the ability to create customer connections
* Independent problem-solving skills and integrity
