You know that feeling when someone's computer crashes mid‐meeting? You're the hero who saves the day. Diabetes Australia needs an IT Support Officer who loves helping people and making tech work like magic. This isn't just about fixing things, it's about making someone's day easier, every single time.
Picture this
You're the first‐person people call when tech goes sideways. You listen, you troubleshoot, and you make it right. You'll support our IT Help Desk, keep systems humming, and make sure our team can do what they do best, helping Australians living with or at risk of diabetes.
What you'll do
* Be the go‐to person for IT support (Level 1 & 2)
* Manage the IT ticketing system and keep issues moving
* Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and networks
* Support Windows servers, backups, and security patches
* Assist with ERP software and admin tools like SharePoint and email systems

What we're looking for
You're hands‐on, calm under pressure, love helping people, and can juggle tasks while keeping a smile on your face.
* Experience providing IT support in busy environments
* Minimum 3 years of IT support experience required
* Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and Azure Active Directory
* Ability to work independently and solve problems fast
* Bonus points for SharePoint, Exchange Online, Dynamics 365, or cyber‐security know‐how
Australian work rights required for this position and you will be required to complete a police check.
