Job Description
This role is for an experienced education support professional to work as a Student Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative support functions, providing high-quality service to students, teachers, and parents, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to students, teachers, and parents
* Coordinating administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
* Preparing and distributing school documents, reports, and communications
* Managing the school's records system, including computerized records on Cases21 and Compass
* Supervising Education Support staff and providing First Aid support as needed
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience working with databases and computer systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
