Your role will include:
Onsite support across a variety of workplaces, delivering proactive, face-to-face services
Injury prevention strategies using the latest equipment and tech
Early intervention, minor triage, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries
Functional, pre-employment, and worksite assessments
Risk assessments and practical solutions to reduce injury
Return-to-work planning and support for injured workers
Health, stress and wellbeing education and guidance
Building robust relationships with workers, managers and stakeholders
What we are looking for:
Qualified Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Physiotherapist (AHPRA)
1+ year experience in the onsite injury prevention sector
Robust communication skills and a proactive, relationship-first approach
Valid driver's licence and vehicle
