You'll prepare jobs from start to finish across areas such as financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and cost management.
Experience in a public practice in Australia is required.You'll be working within a team of Carbonites who strive to foster a positive environment where you can thrive.Job RequirementsTertiary accounting qualification.Completed or completing CA/CPA.Experience working within a public practice in Australia.Experience in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.Excellent knowledge of Australian taxation legislation.Experience with MYOB/Xero and the Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a team and autonomously.You'll be perfect for the role ifYou love a bit of team banter and activitiesYou want to be part of the coolest firm in AustraliaYou're keen to join a company that encourages you to define your own career pathJob ResponsibilitiesNo two days will be the same, but here's an insight into what you can expect:Client management and liaison.Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, and small to medium businesses.Creating and advising on various trading structures.Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS).
