**About the role**
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced _Senior Pharmacist Project Manager _to plan the strategic and operation services related to the commissioning of the Noarlunga Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit later this year. In this key role, you will provide a high-level range of pharmacy services, offering expert medicines information advice to the Project Lead, other staff in the planning team, medical teams, nursing staff, and other health professionals. Working within established hospital policies and professional guidelines, you'll help ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals to optimise patient outcomes.
**About You**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated _Senior Pharmacist_ to join our team. You will bring:
- **Strong Communication and Leadership Skills**: Excellent written and oral communication, the ability to supervise and guide staff, and experience leading improvements in service delivery.
- **Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle complex environments and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Extensive Pharmacy Experience**: A proven background in hospital pharmacy practice, with leadership or management experience in delivering high-quality healthcare outcomes.
- **Comprehensive Technical Knowledge**: Expertise in pharmacy practice, codes of practice, and relevant professional standards to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
