The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Boutique Manager to lead The Deckhouse team. This role is perfect for a retail professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, driving sales performance, maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards, and nurturing a motivated and service-focused team.

- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing retail team
- Deliver exceptional service and memorable shopping experiences for all guests
- Drive sales growth and exceed performance targets through strategic retail management
- Maintain strong relationships with premium fashion brands and suppliers
- Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Analyse sales trends and make data-driven recommendations for product curation and store layout
- Ensure operational excellence in line with Hamilton Island’s luxury standards
- Brand sourcing and product buying
What we’re looking for
- Proven retail management experience, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, style, and high-end retail presentation
- Excellent understanding of visual merchandising and customer engagement
- Commercially savvy with strong sales and stock management acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced resort setting with seasonal fluctuations
To be successful, you will need
- A minimum 12 months boutique retail experience
- Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Understand high end business
- Be flexible to work on a roster basis
- Work well alone and within a team
