About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Scaffold Labourers to join our team in Townsville. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in dynamic construction projects while supporting experienced scaffolders on-site.
You'll play a key role in assisting with the safe setup, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding
* Handle and transport scaffolding materials and equipment
* Maintain a clean and organised worksite
* Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet project timelines
What We're Looking For
* Basic understanding of construction or scaffolding environments
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
* Reliable, punctual, and a positive team attitude
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Requirements
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver's Licence
* Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Flexibility to travel to different sites around Townsville
Nice to Have
* Previous experience as a Scaffold Labourer or in construction
* Familiarity with scaffolding tools and materials
* Ability to read and interpret basic site plans
