Essential Requirements
* Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
* Must be available across weekdays and weekends.
* Full Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
* Comprehensive car insurance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
* Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain, if required).
What We're Looking For
* Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
* Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
* Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
* Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
* Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
* Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
* Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
* Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
* Perform Disability Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing (AIN) duties.
