Resort Manager Position
The role of Resort Manager involves overseeing the entire resort management process. This includes managing staff, handling customer interactions, and maintaining the complex's assets.
Maintenance tasks include:
* Ensuring timely completion of maintenance work orders
* Liaising with contractors to resolve issues efficiently
* Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities
Key responsibilities also include:
* Managing property letting and sales
* Maintaining trust accounting and performing daily trust receipting
* Utilizing Xero for daily/monthly bookkeeping
* Liaising with Body Corporates to ensure effective communication
* Maintaining the complex's operations and conducting routine inspections
* Managing reactive maintenance and fault-finding
* Ensuring compliance with WHS standards
* Coaching and developing a team to support your role
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess prior experience in on-site management and demonstrate the following skills:
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
* Ability to work in a team environment or independently
