Senior Associate – Real Estate Team, Brisbane
Responsibilities
* Work on all types of real‐estate transactions and projects, from single asset deals to multi‐jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects.
* Collaborate closely with senior partners and other members of the national Real Estate practice, contributing to client service and business development.
* Prepare legal documentation, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic advice on complex cross‐border, commercial, retail, logistics, build‐to‐rent, hotel & leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable‐energy transactions.
* Support the team's culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in transactional real estate from a leading boutique, specialist or mid‐tier firm.
* 5+ years of post‐admission experience in Australia or New Zealand.
* Excellent academic record (first‐class or equivalent).
* First‐class attention to detail and the ability to comprehend intricate legal matters.
* Proactive mindset, hunger to learn, and an innovative approach to emerging technologies, including AI.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a supportive, market‐leading practice.
