Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and financial aspects of our club. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Club Manager will ensure the smooth running of the club and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
* Manage and supervise club staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
* Plan and coordinate events and activities for club members.
* Ensure the club is in compliance with all laws and regulations.
* Manage the club's budget and finances, including membership fees and expenses.
* Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance member experience.
* Address and resolve any issues or complaints from club members.
* Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
* Ensure the club's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use.
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in club or hospitality management.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
