INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT - GOLD COAST - NATIONAL ADVISORY FIRM (JOB ID 1257)

The Role:
* Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and general purpose reports across multiple entity types
* Assist with BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and payroll tax compliance
* Perform reconciliations, journals, and supporting workpapers
* Conduct tax research and support general tax administration
* Work across a diverse client base including SMEs and growing businesses
* Respond to client queries and assist in resolving day-to-day accounting matters
* Build strong client relationships and develop advisory capability
* Work closely with senior team members and participate in ongoing development
About You:
* Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
* Currently completing or planning to commence CA/CPA
* 1-3+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Adaptable, organised, and able to manage competing deadlines
* Motivated to grow into a trusted advisor
