We are seeking a passionate Service Coordinator to join ONCALL|SACARE's dynamic Workforce and Scheduling team, on a Part time/fixed term employment basis, with the possibility of ongoing employment. You will provide great customer service, supporting people with disabilities with your patience, understanding and problem‐solving skills.

About the Role
Key duties will include:
* Working with clients to ensure their teams include well matched Support Workers and that changes to their rosters are actioned in a timely manner.
* Efficiently managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in updating client profiles.
* Proactively engaging with clients via calls, understanding their needs, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
* Maintaining detailed and up‐to‐date profile notes within our system to facilitate comprehensive client understanding and support.
* Assisting in reporting activities, compiling data, and generating reports to aid decision‐making processes.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.
About you
As the successful candidate, you will bring:
* Experience within the health, community care or disability sectors will be highly regarded.
* Experience in making and answering calls, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective client communication and relationship‐building.
* The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment, managing tasks efficiently and prioritising effectively.
* Proficiency in data entry and system management, with a keen eye for detail.
* Current Driver's Licence
