Job Description
Are you a hospitality pro with leadership skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? The Yiros Shop is looking for Experienced Supervisors to lead our team and keep the good vibes (and great food) flowing! We are seeking Supervisors with availability during the morning and evenings to join our Morayfield Restaurant.

Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the store
* Supervising employees including juniors
* Handling customer complaints and concerns
* Running a drive-thru service
* Food preparation including deep fryer and grill use
* Cash handling and register operation
* Cleaning and maintaining the store
* Leading and motivating the team during shifts
* Ensuring top-quality food and service standards
* Handling customer feedback and ensuring great experiences
* Managing stock, opening/closing procedures and cash handling
* Training and developing team members
Qualifications
* Previous supervisor or shift leader experience in hospitality or fast food
* Positive, hands‐on leadership style
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Availability for weekends and evenings
* Passion for great food and great service
* Strong and demonstrated supervisor experience
* Leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team
* Strong customer service skills
* Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
Mandatory Requirements
* Food Safety Certificate – I'm Alert Food Safety Course – FREE online
* Working rights – passport and visa grant for international workers
* RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
