Planning Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll assess a diverse range of planning applications
– from new developments and land uses to complex greenfield subdivisions – across residential, rural, commercial, and industrial areas.
You’ll also provide quality customer service and planning advice to internal and external customers. Along the way, you’ll have the support and guidance of our
senior planners, who are there to help you learn and grow.
With a variety of projects and strong professional development opportunities, this role is ideal for both experienced planners and recent graduates who are passionate about achieving better planning outcomes for people and places.

What You’ll NeedTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Knowledge of WA town planning principles and approval processes.
- Well-developed communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience writing reports, undertaking research, and assessing plans.
- Completed or completing a degree in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent).
