Job Overview
* A leading Defence organisation seeks a Cyber Security Expert to provide advisory services on security strategy and accreditation.
* The successful candidate will possess a technical background to lead security assessments and review tasks.

* Lead security certification and accreditation activities, advisory engagements, and cyber security risk assessments.
* Provide support and advice to the Chief Engineer and Project Engineering Managers on relevant SoS security matters.
* Ensure ICT systems are designed, developed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Defence security principles.
* Review and provide advice on Defence security documentation for ICT systems.
* Build relationships with key decision-makers to identify areas for security improvements.
Requirements
* Degree qualifications and experience in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related fields.
* Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment.
* Technical knowledge of Defence IT Security principles.
* Experience working with DevSecOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
* High-level attention to detail.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance as a minimum.
