Job Title: Kitchen Team Member
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas, operating dishwashing machines, and adhering to deep-cleaning schedules.
Stock and equipment handling involves assisting with receiving, sorting, and storing stock, ensuring equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained. You will also report any maintenance needs to the relevant personnel.
Food preparation support includes helping prepare ingredients and staff meals as directed, supporting chefs during service, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
2. Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and effectively.
3. Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing stock, and ensure that equipment is clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.
