The Role
You will work autonomously while collaborating closely with our team across a broad range of matters, including:
* Negotiating and drafting commercial and retail leases
* Advising startup businesses on structuring and required legal documentation
* Buying and selling businesses
* Negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements, including:
o Distribution agreements
o Franchise agreements
o Licences
o Shareholder agreements
o Joint ventures
o Corporate and transactional work
* Advising property developers and investors
* Managing files from start to finish with minimal supervision
