We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-first leader who can own the full picture — from P&L and partnerships to team culture and market strategy — in a business that's genuinely going places.
As Managing Director, you'll have real ownership: defining and executing the commercial strategy, overseeing operations and financial performance, and acting as the face of the business externally. You'll work closely with group leadership while having the autonomy to shape how things are done locally.
This isn't a policy-execution role. It's a builder's role — for someone who wants to leave a mark on a business and an industry.
What you'll focus on:
Commercial growth — Drive sales strategy across species and channels, develop brand positioning, and maximise net income. You'll own both the vision and the numbers.
Stakeholder leadership — Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, distribution partners, shareholders, and key industry figures. You're the face people want to meet.
People & culture — Lead with empathy and direction. Develop your team, align cross-functional efforts, and build a high-performance culture grounded in trust and ownership.
