Your new role The Director Community is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing Council’s Governance, Community Services, Customer Service, Recreation, Libraries, and Building Services functions. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive strategic planning, ensure high-quality service delivery, and foster strong community engagement across one of regional NSW’s fastest-growing areas.
