We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing in-house marketing team, based in our Bundall office on the Gold Coast. This is a full-time, in-house position (Monday to Friday) — no agencies please. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and live locally.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for driving organic growth and improving visibility across all digital platforms. Working closely with our marketing, design, and web development teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the online presence of our national brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple brands and websites.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
* Manage and implement on-page optimisation (metadata, headings, schema, content structure).
* Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
* Build and maintain high-quality backlinks and manage link-building outreach campaigns.
* Collaborate with our content and design teams to optimise new pages, blogs, and landing pages.
* Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to support broader digital goals.
* Analyse analytics data to report on SEO performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Stay current with algorithm updates, SEO tools, AI-driven search technologies and digital marketing trends.
* Actively explore and implement AI tools and automation to enhance SEO performance, streamline workflows, and maximise content efficiency.
About You
You're proactive, detail-driven, and ready to take ownership of our SEO strategy. You have a deep understanding of both technical and creative SEO, with a proven record of delivering results.
You'll bring:
* Minimum 5+ years of SEO experience (in-house or agency).
* Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
* Strong experience with link building, keyword strategy, and technical audits.
* Proven experience working within WordPress CMS, including implementing and optimising using Rank Math or similar SEO plugins.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.
* Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (desirable).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
