We're looking for a vibrant and proactive Barista to serve great coffee and drinks in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Position Title: Food and Beverage Attendant
Reports to: Team Leader Hospitality
Employment Type: Casual
Location: The Links Shell Cove
Salary: $36.71 per hour (including casual loading) + 12% super. Penalties are paid in addition for Saturday/Sunday work and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Craft and serve high-quality beverages while showcasing barista skills.
* Prepare light meals and serve baked treats.
* Deliver top‐notch customer service and maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
* Handle cash transactions with accuracy and ensure the security of cash and stock.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience as a barista and cash handling; 1‐2 years preferred.
* A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Demonstratable passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments for customers.
